Good eats

I'm trying something new this summer (I know it's not officially summer yet, but my semester is almost over, therefore in my mind it is summer). I'm cooking healthy meals for myself instead of getting frozen foods that just need to be heated up. I'm trying to eat more wholesome foods, instead of packaged stuff. Plus, it's the season for fresh berries and other tasty fruits and veggies. But, there's one snafu. Here's the thing about eating healthy: it's expensive.

Time to go prepare my lunch: a broiled salmon fillet (marinated in sesame ginger) and fresh green beans. Yum!
