Say what?!

I have this habit of turning on my TV when I walk in the door, even if I'm not going to watch it. I don't really need the background noise, but it's an old habit.

Tonight I turned on the TV and then proceeded to check my email and tune out whatever was on TV. Yeah, it's pointless to have the TV on, I know. Anyhow, I went into the bathroom to wash my face and get ready for bed. After I finished brushing my teeth, I heard the words "butt plug" come from my TV in the voice of an older woman. That was a bit of a shock, to say the least.

It turns out that my TV was turned on to the Oxygen channel, which for some reason has this show called "Talk Sex" on...it's this woman old enough to be my grandma giving sex advice to people who call in. Her show is quite, um, educational. Scary.
