Lactic acid strikes back
I decided to add weightlifting to my exercise routine this week. I haven't lifted weights for quite some time. I forgot how very sore the muscles get the day after. Ouch. Make it go away. I think tomorrow it will be the good kind of sore, where it's just enough to remind you that you did something good for your body. But today it was brutal, and no amount of stretching has helped.
