Warning: spazzy post ahead
I made it through another semester. Three down, one to go. Woo-hoo!I know that's a delayed celebration there, considering my semester was over last Friday. Whatev. I've been busy doing absolutely nothing school-related since then.
I have recently learned that my roommate, Amanda, is a Christmas light snob. It's really funny to see her reaction to crazy-blinky-tacky Christmas lights and outdoor decorations. Especially when it involves overly-multi-colored lights and/or a nativity scene with a Santa in the same yard. Oh, how it makes me laugh to see her get all worked up over that.
I'm not a Christmas light snob, but I just realized that I am a Christmas music snob. I'm over at my parents' house today to work on my thesis research and I noticed that my mom has a Kenny G Christmas CD in her CD player. Ick.
I also just noticed that blogger now has spellcheck. Awesome. It just informed me that I spelled "spellcheck" incorrectly: it should be two words, as in "spell check." Double-awesome. I think I'll keep spelling it as one word just for kicks, though. As my alter-ego, Ash, would say, "Grammar is a tool of The Man, and I refuse to let The Man tell me what to do." Good thing I don't listen to Ash when I have to edit copy.
Yeah, well, that's all for now. Basically I'm just delaying the inevitable by blogging. I needed to update the blog, anyhow. And now it's back to work for me. But before I go:
Happy 5th day of Hanukkah! And if I don't blog before then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The Christmas-Light-Snob, Amanda, and me (I had a little too much fun with that Santa hat).
